摘要
在资源型城市产业经济转型过程中,替代产业、接续性产业的选择主要取决于市场,由市场决定,但这并不否定城市当局对城市产业发展的积极导向作用。其结论为,在特定情况下,城市当局任其"矿竭城衰"可能是最佳选择。
This paper brings forward that in the transformation of industrial economy of resource - oriented cities, the choices of alternative industry and sustainable industry are mainly determined by market. However, this does not mean that it will deny the positive role of guidance played by urban government. It points out finally that the policy of ＂let it go＂ may be the best choice for urban government under particular condition.
