摘要
目的总结嗜铬细胞瘤的临床特点,提高诊断水平。方法对78例嗜铬细胞瘤的文献复习,进行分析。结果肾上腺内肿瘤69例,肾上腺外肿瘤9例。有症状66例,无症状12例,尿VMA或儿茶酚胺升高73例,腹部B超异常47/52例,腹部CT异常61/64例。结论嗜铬细胞瘤非典型的特殊表现需引起重视。儿茶酚胺及其代谢产物检测和影像学检查目前仍是首选诊断方法。
Objective To summarized the clinical characteristics of pheochromocytoma and improve diagnosis of the disease. Methods 78 eases of pheochromocytoma about review of the literature were analyzed. Results Adrenal tumors 69 eases, extra-adrenal tumor 9 eases. Symptomatic; 66 eases, asymptomatic 12 eases. Urine VMA or urine cateeholamine increased 73 eases, B-ultrasonic abdominal abnormalities 47/52 eases, abdominal CT scan abnormalities 61/64 eases. Conclusion Pheochromocytoma atypical performance require special attention. Cateeholamines and their metabolites detection and imaging examination at present are still the preferred diagnostic methods.
