内电解-Fenton氧化-膜生物反应器处理腈纶废水 被引量:35

摘要 采用内电解-Fenton氧化-序批式膜生物反应器组合工艺处理腈纶废水.结果表明,在进水pH值为3、内电解反应时间2h、H2O2浓度1500mg/L、Fe2+浓度600mg/L、Fenton反应时间2h的条件下,内电解-Fenton组合工艺对COD的去除率为72%,进水COD从1328mg/L下降到369mg/L,废水BOD5/COD从0.14上升到0.33,CN-从8.6mg/L下降到0.215mg/L,提高了废水可生化性,为后续的生物处理创造了良好的条件.出水采用序批式膜生物反应器处理,在停留时间20h、缺氧搅拌90min、好氧120min条件下,COD去除率为80%,NH4+-N去除率95%,BOD5去除率92.6%,CN-去除率90.7%.最终出水COD、BOD5、NH4+-N、CN-、SS分别为61,9.3,2.55,0.02,13mg/L. A sequencing batch membrane bioreactor (SBMBR) couple with internal electrolysis and Fenton oxidization was used to treat acrylic fiber wastewater. At influent pH 3, reaction time of internal electrolysis and Fenton oxidization of both 2h, and constant H2O2 concentration of 1500mg/L and Fe^2+ concentration of 600 mg/L, 70% COD was removed by the pretreatment process of internal electrolysis-Fenton oxidization and COD decreased from 1328mg/L to 369mg/L, BODs/COD increased from 0.14 to 0.33, CN decreased from 8.6mg/L to 0.215mg/L, respectively. It would be benefit for subsequent biological treatment. The effluent of the pretreatment was then treated by SBMBR in HRT of 20h. The remove efficiency of COD, NH4^+-N, BOD5. and CN were 80%, 95%, 92.6% and 90.7%, respectively. The final effluent COD, NH4^+-N, BOD5 CN^- and SS were 61, 2.55, 9.3, 0.02, 13mg/L, respectively.
