摘要
针对纸浆蒸煮过程的温度控制提出了采用自适应模糊控制器的控制策略,阐述了温控系统的软硬件设计方法.仿真实验结果表明,所设计的系统实现了对纸浆蒸球温度的准确控制,可以取代传统的常规仪表控制,大大提高了纸浆的蒸煮质量.
In the process of the paper pulp cooking, the accurate temperature control is one important measure to ensure the paper quality. Through the research that in the process of the pulp cooking it is hard to establish the temperature mathematical model, the design of self-adjustment fuzzy controller has been put forward and software and hardware design method of the temperature control system has been illustrated. The emulation experiments show that the system has realized the accurate control of the paper pulp spherical boiler temperature and that it could replace the traditional non-nuclear instrument control and greatly improve the pulp quality.
