摘要
目的：提高鼻泪管内义管植入术的成功率及患者的满意度。方法：分析总结46例（52只眼）行鼻泪管内义管植入术治疗泪道阻塞及慢性泪囊炎患者的护理经验,结果：术后随访3~6月,治愈率为95%。结论：术前心理护理、术后健康指导、恰当的泪道冲洗、义管的保护是手术成功的保证。
Objective： To improve the satisfaction and successe rate of artifical tube implanted into nasolacrimal duct. Method： We sum up the experiences of 52 eyes in 46 cases with lacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis treated by artifical tube implanted into nasolacrimal duct. Result： The cure rate was 95% after followed up for 3 - 6 months. Conclusion： It＇s assured the success with mental care before operation health guidance and lacrinal duct irrigation after operation.
