摘要
采用铜模吸铸法获得直径为2 mm的Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20块体非晶合金.采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、示差扫描量热仪、微显硬度及压缩实验等研究了非晶合金的结构、热稳定性、显微硬度与压缩性能.结果表明:Mo的引入不利于非晶合金的形成;Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20块体非晶合金表现为二级晶化,玻璃转变温度为561.1℃,晶化起始温度为619.0℃,第一晶化峰值温度为632.6℃,第二晶化峰值温度为747.0℃,过冷液相区为57.9℃;该非晶合金的显微硬度为1207HV0.2,抗压强度σbc为1707.6 MPa.
Bulk amorphous alloy Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20 with a diameter of 2 mm was prepared by copper mould suction cast.The structure,thermal properties,micro-hardness and compression strength of this bulk metallic glass have been investigated by x-ray diffraction,scanning electronic microscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,micro-hardness and compression tests.The results indicate that a small addition of molybdenum is not beneficial for improving glass-forming ability in FeCoZrWB system.Fe61Co10Zr5W4B20 bulk amorphous alloy shows a two-stage crystallization,its first peak of crystallization temperature is at 632.6 ℃,the second peak of that is at 747.0 ℃,the glass-transition temperature is about 561.1 ℃,the onset of crystallization temperature is 619.0 ℃ and the supercooled liquid region is about 57.9 ℃.Moreover,this bulk amorphous alloy exhibits the microhardness of about 1207HV0.2 and the compression strength of about 1707.6 MPa.
