胶粘剂服役期与玻璃化温度以及吸水率关系的预测 被引量:1

摘要 利用已知数据推导出胶粘剂粘接碳/碳复合材料在湿热老化条件下的服役期与胶粘剂玻璃化温度以及吸水率的相互关系.建立了粘接接头在不同湿热老化条件下达到服役期时,玻璃化温度、吸水率与老化温度的关系式,并考核了以上关系式推导出的结果和实测值之间的误差,玻璃化温度、吸水率与老化温度关系式推导出的结果与实测值误差较小,可以用来预测三者之间的关系.从而大大缩短测试时间,快速得到粘接接头达到服役期时的有关性能数据. The correlation formula of the adhesive joints working time,the adhesive glass transition temperature and water uptake rate in humidity aging condition was built based ongiven data.The adhesive glass transition temperature and water uptake rate in humidity aging can be calculated by this forecast formula.The tested data were almost the same as the calculation data by the above relation formula which proves that,the relation formula can forecast the properties of the adhesive joints in humidity.
