摘要
目的:观察复骨健步片配合外洗治疗跟痛症的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服复骨健步片(三七、枸杞子、丹参、山茱萸、黄芪、生地黄、桂枝等)配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组采用局部痛点封闭配合芬必得治疗。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为96.7%,对照组治愈率为93.3%,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后复发率比较,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有显著的统计学意义。结论:复骨健步片配合中药熏洗治疗跟痛症效果显著且复发率低。
Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Fugujianbu tablet and washing on treating painful heel. Method： 60 cases were divided 2 groups. The treatment was treated with Fugujianbu tablet and herb washing and the control with loc, alized pain close and fenbid. Results： clinical cure rate was 96.7% in treatment and the control was 93.3%. Conclusion： there is significant effect in fugujianbu tablet to treating painful heel and lower recurrence,
