摘要
利用差分吸收光谱法(DOAS)对SO2气体进行了实验研究,对光谱数据的处理方法、反演波段、反演波长间隔以及240 nm以下的紫外光对SO2的光解作用进行了分析。实验结果表明:遗传算法对短光程低浓度气体的浓度反演具有较高精度;不同浓度的SO2气体其最小误差所对应的反演波段是不同的,通过寻优可以大幅度提高浓度反演精度和DOAS方法的测量上限。而反演波长间隔大于15 nm后,浓度反演误差基本不变。
Experimental study on SO2 are made with Differential Optical Absorption Spectrometry Method. The deal method to spectrum data, the wavelength ranges and the wavelength interval of inversion used and photodissociation to SO2 of U. V below 240 nm are analysis too. Results are shown: genetic algorithms has a good precision to short light path length and low concentration gas, the inversion wavelength ranges of minimum error are different to various concentration, and the inversion precision and upper limit of system may be improved through seek the optimum inversion wavelength ranges. When the wavelength interval of inversion more then 15 nm, the concentration inversion error almost invariant.
