医院文化是在医疗活动中形成的具有医院特征的群体意识,充分发挥医院文化的价值观导向作用、道德约束作用、人文培育作用、品牌辐射作用和机制监管作用,是构建和谐医患关系的必由之路。加强医院精神文明建设是构建和谐医患关系的根本,加强医院物质文化建设是构建和谐医患关系的保障,加强医院管理文化建设是构建和谐医患关系的关键。
Hospital culture is the collective consciousness formed in the process of health service delivery, and physician- patient relationship is the key human connection in hospital clinical practice. Hospital culture contributes to the construction of a harmonious physician - patient relationship in the direction of social values, restriction of morality, cultivation of humanism, extension of popularity, and mechanism of monitoring. The present unharmonious physician- patient relationship may be induced by the lack of confidence, inefficacy of communication, scarcity of solicitude, limitation of professional service, and recognition diversity due to the unperfected legal provisions. It is an appropriate way to constitute a harmonious physician- patient relationship by improving the construction of hospital culture. Hence, fundamentality of building up a harmonious physicianpatient relationship is to reinforce the construction of hospital culture, the guarantee is to improve the material condition, and the key method is to develop the hospital management.
