摘要
以碳酸锶(SrCO3)、碳酸钡(BaCO3)、氧化铝(Al2O3)和二氧化钛(TiO2)为原料,通过配方设计,用高温固相反应合成掺锶(Sr)碱硬锰矿固溶体。借助热重-差热分析、X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜和波谱分析仪等分析手段,研究了碱硬锰矿固溶体的合成温度、物相组成以及晶粒的化学计量。研究表明:合成单相碱硬锰矿固溶体和单相掺Sr碱硬锰矿固溶体的配方分别为Ba1+xAl2+2xTi6-2xO16,SrxBa1Al2+2xTi6-2xO16。单相掺Sr碱硬锰矿固溶体的最低合成温度为1250℃左右;最佳合成温度为1300℃。
Strontium-doped solid solution of hollandite (SDSSH) was successfully prepared using strontium carbonate (SrCO3), barium carbonate (BaCO3), alumina (Al2O3), and titanium oxide (TiO2) as raw materials by designing formulas and high temperature solid phase reaction. X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscope, and wave dispersive spectroscopy were employed to investigate the synthesis temperature, composition of phases and chemical composition of crystal grains. The formulas of the as-prepared single phase solid solution of hollandite and single phase SDSSH are Ba1+xAl2+2xTi6-2xO16 and SrxBa1Al2+2xTi6-2xO16 respectively. The lowest synthesis temperature of SDSSH is about 1 250 ℃, and the optimal is 1 300 ℃ .
