摘要
以草酸二乙酯、丙酮为原料,运用收敛法合成了聚吡啶树枝状分子[(EtO_2C)_4-Py_3-OCH_2Ph],在此基础之上,通过对树枝状分子外围及核进行化学改性,制备出一种新型的水溶性聚吡啶树枝状分子(HOH_2C)_4-Py_3-OH.利用核磁氢谱、核磁碳谱、红外光谱以及 DSC 对部分中间产物和最终产物进行表征.
In this paper, the water-soluble dendritic polypyridine was synthesized by using convergent strategy. A series of intermediates such as 2,4,6-trioxo-heptanedioic acid diethyl eater, 4-oxo-4H-pyran dicarboxylic acid, 4-hydroxypyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, diethyl 4- hydroxylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate, dimethyl 4-hydroxylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate, dimethyl 4-benyloxypydrine-2,6-dicarboxylate, 4-benyloxypydrine-2,6-bis(hydroxymethyl)pyridine, 4- benyloxypydrine- 2,6-bis (chloromethyl)-pyridine, (EtO2C)4 --PY3 --OCHzPh, (HOH2C)4 --Py3 --OCH2Ph and (HOH2C)4-Py3--OH were synthesized from oxalic acid diethyl ester and acetone. The product and some of intermediates were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13 C NMR, FTIR and DSC. The results indicated that the water-soluble dendritic polypyridine was synthesized successfully.
