摘要
《劳动合同法》坚持了《劳动法》确立的劳动合同制度的基本框架,并进行了全面规范和完善,其适用范围更加广泛,是一部符合我国国情的、协调劳动关系和维护劳动者合法权益的重要法律,为构建和发展和谐稳定的劳动关系提供了明确具体的法律依据。
Labor Contract Law inherits the basic frame of labor contract system from Labor Law, and becomes more standard and perfect, the application of which is wider and more suitable for our national situation. It is an important law which can coordinate labor relationship and protect laborers＂ legitimate rights and interests, and provide clear legal base for the construction of developing harmonious labor relationship.
