冠心病无创性影像学诊断进展

摘要 冠心病影像学诊断分为有创与无创性诊断两种,有创性诊断即冠状动脉造影术(CAG)和血管内超声波法(IVUS),无创性影像学诊断冠心病是心脏影像学未来发展的一个重要目标,通过介绍超声心动图、放射性核素检查、心脏CT、磁共振成像以及相应的负荷试验,以探讨冠心病诊断的应用现状。
