摘要
目的:探讨冠心病患者心电图运动平板试验中Ptfv_1。变化的临床意义。方法:随机抽取冠心病患者心电图运动平板试验中有Ptfv_1。变化者36例为观察组,无Ptfv_1,变化者40例为对照组,分析Ptfv_1变化与LAD、LVD和LVEF值的关系。结果:观察组心电图运动平板试验中,Ptfv_1增大时LAD、LVD增大,LVEF降低,与运动前及运动后24 h相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病患者运动平板试验中Ptfv_1值变化与左心功能不全有明显关系,左心功能减退者Ptfv_1负值增大,左心功能恢复正常后Ptfv_1值恢复正常;Ptfv_1负值增大者临床出现左心功能不全症状和心源性心律失常,提示平板运动试验中Ptfv_1负值增大是反映左心功能不全的良好指标。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of Ptfv1 in patients with coronary heart disease during exercise treadmill test. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groops ：the observation group（ n = 36, the Ptfv1 changed in exercise treadmill test） and the control group（ n = 40, the Ptfv, did not change）. The relationship between Ptfv, and LAD, LVD and LVEF was analysed. Results In exercise treadmill test of the observation group ,while Ptfv1 increasing, the LAD and LVD increased also,but the LVEF decreased. Compared with Pre-exercise and post-exercise 24 h, the variables statistically changed（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion During the exercise treadmill test in patients with coronary heart disease, the Ptfv1 is closely related to the left ventricular dysfunction. While the function of left heart Declining, PtfvI increases; while the function of left heart recovering, Ptfv1 nears normal, and the patients often show clinical symptoms of the left ventricular dysfunction and cardiac arrhythmia. It is suggested that Ptfv1 may be a sensitive indicator for the left ventricular dysfunction.
