摘要
SWOT分析应用于院校战略规划,依靠系统的思维范式,对影响院校发展的内部优劣势与外部环境的机遇和威胁进行综合匹配分析,可以有效厘清院校复杂多变的环境态势,并用直观的方式予以表达,使院校战略规划的制定更加科学全面。
The analytical method SWOT, when applied to strategic planning for colleges and universities, will distinguish the complex and changeable situation by analyzing their interior strengths and weaknesses as well as exterior opportunities and challenges affecting their development. This analysis can be expressed directly so that the strategic planning can be improved in a more scientific and comprehensive way.
