摘要
综述了城市灾害的一般属性，着重分析了宝鸡市几种主要城市灾害的时空分布特征和防灾减灾对策；同时结合宝鸡“全国发展与综合减灾示范区”建设的理论与实践，指出了加强城市灾害风险管理、提高综合减灾能力的重要性。
The paper comprehensively describes the general property of urban disaster, mainly analyzes the spatiotemporal distribution characteristic of some principal city disasters in Baoji City and the countermeasures of natural calamity precaution ＆ disaster alleviation. Simultaneously binding the construction theory and practice of the ＂demonstration area for nationwide development and integrated disaster alleviation＂ in Baoji City, the paper points out the significance to strengthen the urban disaster venture management and increase the integrated disaster reduction ability.
