摘要
设计了一种新型大功率超短脉冲激光器,将两种传统产生超短脉冲的方法(调Q和锁模)有效的结合起来,并对激光器的各个环节的设计作了说明。为了获得更大的功率采用了电光"腔倒空"直腔调Q法和LDA侧面泵浦,为了获得脉宽更窄的超短脉冲采用了半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)锁模技术。
One kind of new high efficiency ultra short pulse laser has been designed. Two traditions the ultra short pulse method that is to move Q and mode locking has been combinated effectively and has given the explanation to the laser each link design. In order to obtain a bigger power to use the electric light "the cavity empty" the straight tune Q and the LDA side pump and in order to obtain a pulse width narrower ultra short pulse to use the semiconductor to be possible to absorb the mirror (SESAM) mode locking technique saturated.
