摘要
文章在论证扩大青海省内消费以拉动经济增长的可行性的基础上,着重阐述了青海如何扩大省内、省外消费来拉动省内经济增长,以及如何抓住当前的消费机遇,以促进青海省经济快速有效持续发展的问题。
This article, on the basis of demonstrating the feasibility of enlarging Qinghai province＇s consumption to push the economic growth forward, emphatically discusses how to enlarge the consumption inside and outside Qinghai provincde to push the economic growth forward and grasp the consumption chance at present to promote the high -speed and sustainable economic development in Qinghai province.
