葡萄皮渣中白藜芦醇动态吸附试验的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用大孔吸附树脂分离纯化葡萄皮渣中的白藜芦醇。实验结果表明,选取上样液流速为1.5BV/h,上样液质量浓度为10mg/mL,上样液pH值为4,解吸液体积分数为80%的乙醇和解吸流速0.75BV/h,以及树脂的再生等众多因素直接影响到层析的效果,经高效液相色谱测定,纯化所得白藜芦醇的得率为0.81%。 The properties of static and dynamic absorption and desorption of macroporous resin for resveratrol were investigated. The macroporous resin was selected to purify resveratrol. The effects of concentration, pH and work speed of the infusion on the absorption of the macroporous resin were studied with static experiment. The sample speed of 1.5 BV/h, concentration of 10 mg/mL, pH 4, desorption concentration 80% ethonal and desorption speed of 0.75 BV/h were the optimal conditions. Resveratrol obtain ratio was purificed and detected 0.81% by HPLC.
