摘要 文章介绍了虚拟三维技术主要特点及在浮选机中的应用。分析浮选机的工作原理和机构,详细介绍了Solidworks的设计思路,包括虚拟三维样机建模、虚拟装配、图形渲染、二维工程图的转换等。结果表明,应用虚拟三维技术可以提高浮选机的设计效率及质量,降低设计和生产成本。 Key characteristic of virtual three-dimensional technology and application of floatation machine are introduced in the article. Working principle and structure of floatation machine are analyzed. Design conception is illuminated in detail, including design of three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly, image rendering and two-dimensional engineering-drawing conversion. The results show work efficiency and product quality are im- proved greatly by using virtual three-dimensional technology and costs of design and produce are reduced.
