摘要
溶质迁移为微生物浸出过程中重要环节之一,反应剂、生成物和营养物在固相、液相和气相之间的传递为相间传质,是溶质迁移的主要形式。化学反应及细菌生长所需的O2和CO2是靠气体的溶解和扩散提供,细菌在矿石表面的吸附可分为初级吸附和二级吸附,研究表明矿物表面疏水性愈强,愈有利于细菌的吸附。分析认为溶质迁移方式主要包括渗流迁移、分子扩散迁移和渗流弥散迁移。将影响溶质迁移的因素分为矿堆因素和溶液因素,矿石颗粒尺寸和级配、矿堆孔裂隙率、矿堆高度、偏析和密实现象等均属于矿堆因素;喷淋强度、溶液温度、饱和率、渗流特性、酸碱度、氧化剂氧化能力等属于溶液因素。
Solute transportation is one of the most important processes during bioleaching. The transportation of leachate, reaction products/rod nutriment between solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase is the phase transportation, which is the main from of solute ti-ansportation. O2 and CO2, which are required for chemical reaction and growth of hacteria, are provided by dissolution and diffusion of the air. The absorbing of the bacteria can be divided into two stages, primar'y absorbing and secondary absorbing. Result of the study shows that the stronger the ore surface resist to the water, the easier for the bacteria absorbing. Flow, molecule diffusion and flow dispersion transportation are the three 'main solute transportation forms. There are two factors influencing the solute transportation: ore dump and solution conditions. Ore size and its distribution, pore volume, height of the dump, segregation and compaction are belong to the ore dump conditions. Solution conditions contain spray, temperature, saturation rate, flow character, values Of pH, ability of the oxidant, and so on.
