摘要
高等教育大众化背景下,我国女大学生培养的根本目标是:最大限度地开发女性人力资源,培养满足知识经济时代要求的女性人才。当代我国高校女大学生培养的模式包括:独立女子院校、大学中独立的女性二级学院、大学中非独立的女性二级学院、高校中的女性性别研究所(中心)、由学校教务处牵头将女性学纳入课程体系、相邻高等学校互认学分制等。我们应纵观国际现状与趋势,并结合我国实际,对我国高等教育大众化背景下女大学生的培养模式作出合理选择。
Under the background of higher education popularity, the fundamental goal cultivation is to explore female human resources to ultimate extent and cultivate qualifi of our female college students＇ ed women to satisfy the need of knowledge economy. Our contemporary cultivation pattern includes independent women colleges, independent secondrote female colleges in universities, dependent second-rote female colleges in universities, female gender institutions in universities, female sexology in curriculum system guided by Teaching Affairs Department, and neighboring colleges credits system admission, and so on. We should take international current situation and tendency into consideration, and combine our own situations, and make reasonable alternative of female college students＇ cultivation pattern under higher education popularity.
