摘要
本文报道采用HNO_3+HClO_4溶样,小麦粉标样GBW 08503中15种超痕量稀土元素定值的ICP-MS应用研究.选择了仪器最佳操作参数.选用Re作内标可补偿基体效应.方法检出限为0.007—0.026ng·ml^(-1)加标回收率为95—103%.RSD为2.5—48%,方法快速、灵敏、准确.
This paper described the study of trace rare earth elements in wheat powder certified reference material (CRM) by ICP-MS. A rapid and complete dissolution of 0. 5g wheat powder sample was achieved requiring only 5ml HNO3 and 0. 5ml HClO4. Fifteen ultra trace rare earth elements in wheat powder GBW 08503 were determined by ICP-MS. The internal standard method was adopted to compensate matrix effect. The detection limits are 0. 007-0. 026 ng·ml-1, the recoveries for spiking samples are 95-103%, the relative standard deviations are 2.5-4. 8%. This method is rapid, sensitive and accurate.
