摘要
针对现代工业生产及日常生活中都会遇到的液位控制问题,提出了一种智能控制算法—模糊PID控制算法。以单容水箱液位为研究对象,以罗克韦尔自动化Ethernet为平台,研究在Ethernet环境下实现模糊PID控制的方法;并且构建了基于网络的智能控制系统。实验结果表明,模糊PID控制算法控制精确度高,稳定性良好。
To the problem of level control in modem industry and daily life, an intelligent control algorithm, fuzzy-PID control algorithm, is proposed. The method for implementing water level fuzzy-PID control is discussed, and the intelligent control system based on network is built up considering single water tank as research object and Rockwell Ethemet as platform. The experiment result shows that fuzzy-PID control algorithm possesses high accuracy and stability.
