两种纳米晶钕铁硼快淬条带制备技术比较 被引量:2

摘要 用真空电弧重熔溢流法和真空感应重熔单辊法制备快淬钕铁硼条带,随后进行晶化处理。对两种方法制备的快淬条带形貌、带厚和性能进行了比较。分析表明,快淬条带不均匀导致真空电弧重熔溢流法制备的快淬钕铁硼磁粉性能较低,而电弧重熔时熔池温度极不均匀和液面高度不稳定是影响条带均匀性的主要因素。在此基础上提出了改进真空溢流法快淬工艺的思路。 Rapidly quenched NdFeB ribbons were prepared by vacuum arc-remelting overflow and vacuum induction remelting, followed by subsquent crystallizing. Comparison was made between the powders made by the two routes on surface morphology, thickness and magnetic properties, etc. Experiment indicated that the property of powder prepared by vacuum arc-remelting overflow is lower than that by vacuum induction melting. Analysis reveased that the lowering of magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B powder prepared by vacuum arc-remelting overflow attributes to the nonhomogefieity of ribbon, mainly resulterd from the nonhomogeneity of melting pool temperature and unstability of melting surface height. Finally, the directionof improvement on technical process of rapid quenching of vacuum arc-remelting overflow was pointed out.
