摘要
[目的]研究污灌农产品有机提取物对大鼠原代肝细胞DNA的损伤。[方法]选取A、B两类污灌农田玉米为研究对象,地下水灌溉的玉米为对照(C),采用超声振荡法提取玉米中的有机污染物,并用彗星试验检测玉米有机提取物对大鼠原代肝细胞DNA的损伤情况。[结果]A、B、C各组玉米有机提取物均可导致DNA迁移长度增加,拖尾率增高;A、B与C组相同染毒剂量比较,DNA迁移长度增加,拖尾率增高。[结论]A、B两类污灌区与对照区玉米中均含有DNA损伤物质,且污灌区玉米所含有机物的毒性要强于对照组。
[Objective]To study on the DNA damage of the primary rats liver cells induced by organic extraction of production in dirty irrigation areas.[Methods]Corns of type A and B irrigated by dirty water were recruited to be objects,and corns of type C irrigated by ground water were recruited to be controls. The organic contaminants in corns were extracted by sonic oscillation method,and the DNA damaged status in the primary rats liver cells induced by organic extraction in corns were detected by comet assay method.[Results]The organic extraction of type A,B and C corns could increase the length of DNA migration and the tailing rate;When using the same dose of toxic agent,the length of DNA migration and tailing rate induced by type A and B were significantly higher than that induced by type C.[Conclusion]DNA damage of liver cell could be induced by type A,B and C corns,and the toxicity of organics in corns irrigated by dirty water was significantly stronger than control group.
