合作杨植株间伤害信息传递的研究

摘要 采用机械损伤和伤诱导挥发物醛熏蒸的方法,研究了合作杨植株遭受不同处理后挥发物的释放情况。结果表明,健康合作杨植株接受伤诱导挥发物熏蒸12 h后,释放出的挥发物在量上高于对照植株;先前接受过伤诱导挥发物熏蒸的合作杨植株遭受机械损伤后,挥发物的释放量上高于没有接受熏蒸而直接损伤的植株,接受伤诱导挥发物的合作杨植株具有记忆先前所处环境的能力。 This study examined wounding signal transduction of Populus simoniiXP.pyramibalis cv in different treatment by means of mechanical damage and fumigation.The results showed that plants exposed to wound-induced volatiles induced more volatiles than health plant after 12 hours; previous exposure of plants to volatiles from wounding trees resulted in a stronger response of plants in term of volatiles emission when they would be damaged again, which indicated that poplar trees exposed wounding-induced volatiles had the ability of remembering previous environmental conditions.
