摘要
选用对氨氮有较强选择性和吸附性的安徽宣城天然斜发沸石为吸附材料,通过静态、动态和再生吸附实验,系统考察了进水氨氮浓度、pH值、沸石用量、温度、沸石粒径、振荡时间、滤速和水质对氨氮去除率的影响。静态实验结果表明,初始浓度为10mg/L、pH值为7~9之间、粒径为20~40目,静态吸附容量1.6mmol NH4+/g。动态实验结果表明,滤速为2m/h、停留时间为30min,出水氨氮浓度达2mg/L以下,每g沸石产水量为0.62L。再生实验结果表明,用500mL浓度为5g/LNaCl溶液作为再生剂,再生时间为1h,一次再生恢复率较好。实验结果为天然沸石深度处理氨氮废水技术的应用提供了参考依据。
The natural clinoptilolite in Xuancheng AnHui was employed as an adsorption material, which have relatively high selective and adsorptive properties to ammonia nitrogen. Many factors such as ammonia nitrogen concentration, pH value, clinoptilolite amounts, temperature, elinoptilolite diameter, time, filtration velocity and water quality have the influence of ammonia nitrogen removal were investigated by the static and dynastic experiments., The results of static experiment show static absorptive capacity of 1.6mmolNH4/g in terms of initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 10mg/L, pH value of 7-9 and clinoptilolite diameter of 20-40 item. The results of dynastic experiment show water output is 0.62L of percent gram of clinoptilolite in terms of filtration velocity of 2m/h, retention period of 30min and ammonia nitrogen concentration of open water of 2m/L below. The results of regeneration experiment show the solution concentration of 500mL NaCI is 5g/L as the regeneration reagent of natural clinoptilolite, and the regenerative time is an hour and recovery rate of the first regeneration is better. So the technological parameters for provisions have been identified, which is used to deeply remove ammonia nitrogen by natural clinoptilolite.
