摘要
针对某矿区钙基累托石黏土造浆性能差、动切力太低、钠化改性后有重新钙基化倾向、性能不稳定、分散性差、易沉降分层等问题,采用复合改性剂对钙基累托石进行钠化改性,克服了上述缺点,钠化累托石造浆性能明显提高。同时探讨了钠化累托石钙基化及复合改性增黏机理。
Based on the problems of certain rectorite clays as mud material,such as poor mud properties, unstability, poor dispersibility., easily settling, and low yield point, etc. The modification of calcium rectorite was carried out with composite modifying agent. The results showed that the mud properties of modified sodium rectorite were improved significantly. Mechanism of transforming soditum rectorite into calcium one and increasing viscosity with composite modifying agent were also discussed
