摘要
从简化太极拳推广的背景入手,简述了简化太极拳在社会推广的情况,并从必要性和可行性、教学内容、教学方法和教学效果等方面,对简化太极拳在高校的推广与普及进行了分析与论证,结果表明简化太极拳在高校推广效果显著,前景良好。
This study discussed the social circumstances of popularizing the simplified Taijiquan and the current situation in reference to necessity, feasibility, teaching content, methods and effect. Results showed that it was effective and prosperous to popularize the simplified Taijiquan.
