摘要
根据中组部制定的《党政领导干部考核工作暂行规定》、江苏省委组织部印发的《关于加强和改进党政机关省管干部年度考核工作的意见》等文件的精神,探讨、研究建立以工作实绩为主要内容的分类考核指标体系,在此基础上,深入讲座了干部考核量化指标的设计原则,从而使高校中层干部年终考核工作更加科学合理,为干部的奖惩、晋升提供科学的依据。
Based on the documents "Temporary Regulations on the Assessment of Party/Administrative Leaders" issued by the Central Organization Department , and "Opinions on Improving Annual Assessment Work of Provincial Administrative Cadres at Party/Government Administrations" issued by Jiangsu Party Committee, this paper explores the building of categorized - evaluation indicator system with the work achievement as its core.
