摘要
当前我国汇率问题有两个难点:人民币汇率制度改革和人民币升值路径快慢的选择,利益集团之间的博弈是其中关键的影响因素。目前的人民币汇率改革和人民币升值路径快慢是维护旧制度的利益主体和用新制度挑战旧制度的利益主体及政府之间的一种博弈。作者从利益格局变化的角度构建一个非完全信息动态博弈模型,主张我国汇率制度的改革以及人民币升值路径快慢要考虑不同利益主体的覆盖人数、改革过程中相关利益主体的成本收益以及政府在此过程中的主导性作用。
Currently there are two difficulties in China＇s exchange rate problems： one is RMB exchange rate reform and the other is the selection of RMB appreciation path pace. The games between different interest groups are a key factor. Currently the exchange rate regime reform and RMB appreciation path pace are games among maintaining the interest subject of the old regime, challenging the interest subject of the old regime with the new regime and the government. From the perspective of interest structure change, the author constructs a non- complete information dynamic game model and holds that in China＇s exchange rate regime reform and RMB appreciation path pace ,the number of people of different interest groups, the cost and benefit of related interest subjects and the dominant role of the government in the process of reform must be considered.
