摘要
采用乙腈和水混合提取,弗罗里硅土柱净化,以DB-17毛细管柱分离,用气相色谱电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)测定烟叶中来福灵和敌杀死残留量。来福灵在鲜烟叶和干烟叶中总平均添加回收率分别为90.61%和88.96%,平均变异系数分别为2.90%和3.68%,最低检出浓度为0.0030 mg/kg;敌杀死在鲜烟叶和干烟叶中总平均添加回收率分别为87.58%和86.89%,平均变异系数分别为4.92%和4.28%,最低检出浓度为0.0010mg/kg。
Samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water and purified with a Florisil column, followed by separation on the DB-17 capillary column. Pyrethroid pesticide residues in tobacco were then quantitatively determined by GC-ECD. The average recoveries of exfenvalerate were 90. 61% and 88.96% respectively in fresh and dry tobacco leaves, whose average coefficients of variation were 2.90% and 3.68%, and the limit of detection was 0.0030 mg/kg.
