摘要 运用虚拟样机技术,利用ADAMS/Car软件建立了某轿车模型,根据汽车电动助力转向的折线型助力特性,按照国家标准进行了操纵稳定性评价中的转向轻便性实验,并应用均匀设计和回归分析的方法,对助力特性的折点位置,以及对汽车转向轻便性的影响进行了分析,引入了操纵稳定性评价体系和回归分析的方法,建立了折点位置与操纵稳定性得分的评价方程,为选取EPS折线型助力特性曲线提供了依据。 A car model was built by ADAMS/Car software. According to the broken assistant characteristic of electric power steering (EPS) and the GB requirements, the steering agility test of the maneuverability and stability test were performed. Based on the simulation results, the effect of position of broken point was analyzed using the uniform design method and the regression analysis method. Methods for evaluation of motor vehicle maneuverability and stability and regressive analysis were introduced to establish the relationship between the broken point position and the evaluation scores of vehicle maneuverability and stability, which could be utilized to optimize the design of assist characteristic curve.
