竹质中孔活性炭的制备及其吸附性能研究 被引量:33

摘要 以毛竹废料为原料通过磷酸活化法制备了具有较高比表面积并含有大量中孔的活性炭。讨论了磷酸浓度、浸渍温度、浸渍时间、活化温度及活化时间对活性炭性质的影响。在以80%磷酸于80℃下浸渍原料9d,500℃下活化4h的条件下所得活性炭的中孔体积最大,其数值为0.67cm3/g,比表面积为1567m2/g,中孔比例达47.18%。实验测定了CH4,N2,O2和CO2在该活性炭上的298K吸附等温线。实验结果表明,该活性炭对二氧化碳的吸附能力明显优于CH4、O2和N2,是适用于CO2/N2、CO2/O2、CO2/空气气体混合物中CO2吸附分离的优良吸附剂。 Activated carbon with high specific surface and considerable mesopores was prepared from bamboo flotsam with phosphoric acid activation. Effects of H3PO4 concentration, impregnation temperature and time,activation temperature and time on the properties of products were tested. Under the conditions of impregnating the materials with 80% H3PO4 at 80℃ for 9 days and activation at 500℃ for 4h,the prepared carbons have the highest mesopore volume,0.67cm^3/g,the specific surface of which is 1567m^2/g and the mesopore-ratio reaches 47. 18%. Adsorption isotherms of CH4 ,CO2 ,N2 and O2 on the activated carbon were collected at 298K. Considerable difference in the adsorption capacity between CO2 and the other gases was observed, which is of interest for the adsorptive separation/purification of CO2 from its mixtures, especially from its mixtures with N2 or O2 or both.
