摘要
安全仪表系统在过程工业中起着保障生产安全、降低风险的重要作用。而作为衡量其可靠性的安全完整性等级,在选择上还存在着费力和随意性等缺点。概述了IEC61508国际标准中关于安全仪表系统完整性等级的概念原理、制定原则以及现有方法,提出以计算机辅助分析确定完整性等级的方法。引入计算机软件开发和数据库技术,为石化工业安全仪表系统等级制定提供了1套可行的工具。分析软件采用模块化方式,较之人工评价提高了效率和规范性。
In process industry, safety instrumented system(SIS) plays a critical role in graranteeing safety in production and reducing risks, but it is strenuous and random in selecting safety integrity level(SIL), which is used to measure the reliability of SIS. The concept, principle and current methods of assigning SIL in IEC61508 are illustrated separately. An approach to assigning SIL is put forward based on computer aided assessment. An effective tool of assigning SIL is presented by using techndcgy of software development and database. Compared with manual analysis, using the software,which is constructed by components, is more efficient and normalized.
