摘要
目的探讨心理干预对抑郁症病人睡眠的影响。方法将80例符合CCMD-3诊断标准且伴有睡眠障碍的抑郁症病人随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上给予支持性心理治疗、认知行为疗法、森田疗法等心理干预措施,并对病人及家属进行健康指导,以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)记录和评价干预效果。结果观察组病人在干预后4周睡眠状况明显改善,在干预后8周睡眠质量接近正常水平,与干预前比较有统计学意义(t=2.78、4.24,P<0.01),干预后效果与对照组比较有统计学意义(t=2.56、3.74,P<0.01)。结论实施心理干预可改善病人睡眠状况,对疾病的康复有重要的帮助作用。
Objective To assess the influence of mental intervention on sleep in depressive patients. Methods Eighty patients who accorded with CCMD-3 criteria and associated with sleeping disturbance were divided evenly in random into experiment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated routinely, while those in experiment group received supportive psychotherapy, cognitive behavior therapy and Morita's therapy. Health guidance was given to patients and their family members. Effect of intervention was recorded and estimated using PSQI. Results The patients in experiment group improved obviously after four weeks of therapy, and almost normal eight weeks later in terms of quality of sleep (t=2.78,4.24;P〈0.01). The outcome of intervention showed statistical significance compared with that of control group (t= 2. 56, 3. 74; P〈0. 01). Conclusion Mental intervention can improve a patient's sleep and facilitate rehabilitation.
