摘要
传统的农产品管理模式使农产品的价值损益多、竞争力低下,降低成本的潜力小。供应链管理则可以提高农产品供应链的各个企业的组合效率,减少经营风险。但供应链不健全则会导致"牛鞭效应"。
The traditional management mode of agricultural products has its limits in such aspects as value loss, low competitiveness and little room of cost cut of agricultural products. And supply chain management has its advantages in improving the efficiency of all the enterprises on the supply chain of agricultural products and reducing the operating risk. However, the imperfect supply chain may lead to the ＂Bullwhip Effect＂.
