摘要
经皮和黏膜给药是一种重要的给药途径,生物可降解纳米粒因其良好的生物可降解性、生物相容性和特殊的通透性而在该给药途径中有着良好的应用前景。目前,研究较多的有聚乳酸共聚乙醇酸、聚己内酯、壳聚糖、共聚物聚乳酸-聚乙烯乙二醇等,主要用于疫苗、基因及蛋白类药物的载体。
Transdermal and transmucosal drug delivery is an important way of delivering drugs. Biodegradable nanoparticle has shown great prospects of application in the field due to its better biodegradability, biocompatibility and particular permeability. Presently, researches are mainly focused on poly (DL-lactide-co-glycolide), polycaprolactone, chitosan and copolymer poly lactic acid-poly ethylene glycol(PLA-PEG), which are mainly used as vehicles for vaccine, gene and protein drugs.
