摘要
针对平仓式逆流干燥机工艺的特点以及被控对象的特性,引进了微机对干燥机加热炉热风和干燥仓排粮作业的自动监控。采用上位PC机与下位单片机之间的数据交换,实现人机界面。并探讨和研究了其控制系统的组成与控制原理,以及其控制程序,从而说明本控制系统是平仓式逆流干燥机的一个比较可行、理想的控制系统。
This report describes the prouduct craft of the Flatbed Type of Counter-Flow Grain Drier and the characteristics of controlled objects.Monitored the temperature of the air and the humidity of corn in the drier on-line.Give the control system hardware and the design projet of software .So it can realize the automatic control of the Grain drier.
