热像系统温度特性分析研究

摘要 军用非致冷红外热像仪要求有很好的环境温度的适应性,其工作温度要求一般为-40-60℃。根据国内常见的非晶硅型非致冷焦平面器件的材料特性、结构原理及焦平面的热平衡方程,研究了焦平面衬底稳定工作温度与噪声等效温差的关系,并在MATLAB软件中模拟了其关系曲线,为此种类型的焦平面在低温下操作时提高图像质量和降低功耗,提出了新的解决方案。 Military uncooled thermal imager must be high adaptable to extreme environment,and the range of operation temperature is -40 - 60 ℃. Based on the material features,structure and equation of thermal equilibrium of a-Si uncooled focal plane arrays, the relation between inner temperature and NETD was researched. The relation curves were simulated in MATLAB. At last, the new resolution design is presented to assure the image quality and decrease power dissipation.
