摘要
高校院系级教学单位直接担负着日常教学组织与管理工作,其过程控制的有效性决定了教学质量的高低。在高校院系级教学单位的教学管理过程中,可以引进ISO9000质量管理标准的思想和方法,将偏重事后判断的纠错式质量评价改变为过程改进的形成性质量评价。通过实现教学过程的标准化、程序化和文件化,构筑一个适合院系级教学单位有效控制的教学质量管理体系,对实现学校的教学目标,改进学院级教学工作,提高教学质量和管理水平有极为重要的意义。
The subordinate teaching units directly undertake the daily task of teaching organizing and managing ,and the effectiveness of process control determines the teaching quality. During the process of teaching management of subordinate teaching units, the thought and method of ISO9000 quality management standard should be introduced, and the fault correction quality evaluation emphasizing afterwards judgments should be transformed into formative evaluation of process ameliorating. Through the realization of standardization, procedurization and documentalization, constructing teaching quality management system which is suitable for effective control of subordinate teaching units is critically important for realizing the teaching goals of universities, improving teaching work of schools and enhancing teaching quality and management standard.
