摘要
通过数理统计和查阅文献资料,对项群训练理论的应用状况进行了评述。表明项群训练理论揭示了同项群内部的运动与训练规律,丰富了体育训练和教学的方法、手段,为我国竞技体育战略的制定提供了依据,促进了竞技体育人才的合理流动,但同时该理论应用中还存在教条主义、训练方法无创新、项目管理不成熟等几方面的问题,本文试针对这些存在的问题提出相应的改进建议。
With the research methods of statistics and literature study, the paper discusses the current application of the event-group training theory. It shows that the theory reveals the move and training rules of the same event-group and the theory can enrich the sports training and teaching. However, there are problems such as doctrinarism, obsolete training methods and underdeveloped management. The paper also proposes countermeasures to solve the problems.
