摘要
结合大连金窑铁路复线工程施工管理过程中成本控制的一些具体做法,通过对施工过程中施工项目管理机构的建立、施工图纸会审和施工方案的优化、项目成本管理制度的制订和实施、材料采购控制、机械设备管理、验工计价结算到项目间接管理费用和资金的使用等方面的论述,阐述在当今工程项目利润率越来越低的条件下,如何控制施工成本才能使项目效益最大化。
Combined with certain methods adopted in cost control during construction management of Dalian Jinyao railway double tracking project and through the description in the aspect of establishment of engineering project management organs, joint approval of construction drawings and the optimization of construction schemes, drawing up and implementation of project cost management system, material procurement control, equipment and plant management, measurement and payment settlement and the application of overhead cost and funds, this article expounds how to control construction cost to bring about the optimum benefits in the circumstances of profit rates getting lower and lower for engineering projects at present day.
