在建设社会主义和谐社会的社会大环境下,要处理好少数民族农村地区汉族与少数民族的民族关系,一定要解决好各民族在经济利益上的各得其利,相得益彰;在政治权利上的各行其权,公平均衡;在文化生活上的各展其长,相容相纳等问题。
It is important to manage well the relationships between Han and national people in minority rural areas in the circumstance when constructing Socialism Harmonious Society. In the economy, we need to abide to the economic law of pay and labor; in the politics, we need to balance the privilege and obligation; and in cultural and living standards, we encourage the mutual communication and harmonious environment.
