摘要
企业要生存发展就要不断的进行创新,一般情况下人们大多是从生产的角度进行分析。但是,企业创新活动自始至终也没有离开在产品、技术、服务、体制等诸多方面。通过探讨我国中小企业怎么样才能适应现在的消费流行状况,找到适合产品自身的创新发展模式。并为中小企业进行产品创新策略选择提供理论依据。
The constant innovation is necessary in the process of enterprise's survival and development, in general, people carry on the analysis from the angle of production, but the enterpfise's innovation embodies in some aspects of product, technology, service, system and so on from beginning to end. By discussing how small and medium-sized enterprises to adapt to the present consumption situation and to find the product's innovation developing pattern, the paper provides the theoretical basis for the strategy choice of produce innovation.
