摘要
党的十七大报告是以发展中国特色社会主义为历史使命的理论文献。将科学发展观界定为"发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想",是十七大报告的一个极其重要的理论观点和创新。在改革开放的大势中定位中国特色社会主义,在中国特色社会主义理论体系中定位科学发展观,在贯彻落实科学发展观的实践中发展中国特色社会主义,以更加注重社会建设的创造性实践丰富党的执政理念,共同构成十七大报告的论述逻辑,体现了中国共产党人对基于改革开放29年实践形成的中国特色社会主义理论体系,进行立足当前又展望未来的思考的政治智慧。
The report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC is a historic document which defines the development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics as the future mission. The most significant idea and highlighting innovation is that the scientific outlook on development is defined as a major strategic thought that we must uphold and apply in developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The report defines the role of the scientific outlook on development in the great trend of reform characteristics. Meanwhile, we must develop the applying the scientific outlook on development and and opening-up and the system of theories of socialism with Chinese socialism with Chinese characteristics in the course of thoroughly enrich the Party＇s governing ideas in an innovative practice while attaching greater importance to social development. The above expounding logic of the report manifests the CPC＇ s political wisdom which is based on both the system of theories of socialism with Chinese characteristics formed in the past 29 years＇ reform and opening-up and the present situation and the future bright prospect of China.
