摘要
对冷镦钢(SWRCH22A)进行两种不同控冷工艺试验,将获得的冷却曲线与该钢的CCT曲线结合分析得到该钢2种不同控冷工艺条件下关键控冷工艺参数。分析认为调节钢的实际冷却曲线位置可调节钢的强度,调节钢在铁素体相变区内的冷却速率来调节钢的屈强比。据此对控冷工艺进行优化,使产品力学性能和组织符合技术要求和用户的要求。
Two different accelerated cooling processes have been studied on the cold heading steel SWRCH22A and the key process parameters for the steel under the two different accelerated cooling conditions have been achieved by analyzing and comparing the cooling curve with the CCT curve of the steel. Results show that the actual location of the cooling curve of the steel can be adjusted bY regulating the strength of the steel and the yield strength ratio of the steel can be adjusted by controlling the cooling rate of the steel in the phase transformation zone of the ferrite. By optimizing the accelerated cooling process in this way the mechanical properties and microstructure of the products have all been in conformity to the technical specifications and met with the users' demands.
