摘要
针对以往找水分层开关换向不易控制致使找水可靠性低、工艺复杂和占井时间长等缺点,研制出一种灵活可靠的细调层氮气气举找水装置。该装置通过开关启动器开启井下分层开关,实现气举诱喷,一次工艺管柱实现多层位反复调层找水,不受层位限制,调层操作方便,找水工艺效率高。试验表明,这种装置开关可靠,换向灵活。
To the disadvantages of reliability of finding water is low, tech is complex and operation time is long caused by hard control of change direction for separated layer switch of finding water, a flexible finding water equipment by nitrogen gas lift for separated layer has been developed. By switch starter to initiate separating layer switch makes true of gas lifting and induced flow, finding water for many layers by adjusting repeatedly with a single string, being unlimited by layers, being convenient for operation and high efficiency for tech. Experiment shows that the switch of this equipment is reliable and change direction is flexible.
